The answer is: quite a lot. Through WhatsApp chat, our Retreat butler was available virtually anytime we needed something - whether it was arranging reservations, coordinating delivery requests, or helping us navigate the day’s plans, he made himself available. On port days, we were personally escorted through disembarkation for our excursions, making the process seamless and stress-free. In the evenings, reserved seating in the theater meant we never had to arrive early or search for the perfect spot. Keep in mind the reserved seating is on the upper floor, so if you prefer the first floor in the theater, just ask. You are in an upper-level suite, after all.
