Photos from our cruise on Celebrity Silhouette in December 2021 to the ABC islands (that's the acronym for Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao.) Celebrity Silhouette doesn't feel overcrowded and has been revolutionized beautifully. They have amazing staff onboard, too. Celebrity Silhouette has many venues that you may not find on other Celebrity Cruises ships such as Quasar Nightclub (keep an eye out for their spectacular Silent Disco!), Craft Social, World Class Bar, and lots of luxury shopping.
Mixology 101 at World Class Bar
Yes! Totally worth it. You'll want to go into your cruise planner and sign up for the Mixology Class. In a small class setting at the World Class Bar, you'll be instructed on the flavors of traditional and new cocktails, learn history of mixology, and follow along to learn techniques of shaking, stirring and more. There are only about 8 to 10 people in the class with you and by the time you've sampled the cocktails you've made, you'll all be best friends! Well, that might be a little presumptuous, but it is a great way to meet new people who you will eventually see again around the ship. We met some wonderful people when we attended this class on Celebrity Silhouette led by the amazing Alexandra. She will be going to Celebrity Beyond shortly - you'll definitely want to look out for her. When you first sign-up online for this class, a date won't be provided; however, it's typically in the afternoon on a sea day. You'll receive an invitation in your stateroom upon boarding with the exact location, date, and time.
