Virtual Hint: Whether you live in the Mid-Atlantic area or just visiting, I recommend using car service to BWI, Amtrak's Baltimore Penn Station, Port of Baltimore or your hotel. I find the cost of parking and having to get to and from parking garages is expensive and takes excessive time. Arrange ahead of time with a car service and you'll have a driver who will personally greet you, assist with luggage, and drive roomy cars and SUV's...you'll feel like you are virtually on vacation already.
