He helped developed many of the creative concepts behind the main and specialty dining on Celebrity Cruises. Sign up for the premier Daniel Boulud dining experience and you are in for a treat! Along with a galley tour and private dining experience, his wonderful "Daniel My French Cuisine" cookbook is also available. Sign up early for this on your Celebrity Cruise Planner because it often fills up quickly. Once you are onboard, you will confirm the date for this event (keep in mind, it may show as night 1 on the Cruise Planner, but this isn't necessarily the case.)

Le Voyage on Celebrity Beyond is a full restaurant with the culinary creations of Daniel Boulud. It's an amazing experience and now one of my favorite specialty restaurants at sea.

If you are dining in Luminae, the designated restaurant for suite guests in The Retreat, you can also enjoy Daniel Boulud's signature dishes every night. Choose the entire menu, or pick and choose. I highly recommend trying this at some point during your cruise. They are fantastic and highlight stunning flavors and colors.
