Pienza is open for breakfast and lunch in the main atrium of the hotel. Pienza sources local ingredients from fresh farmers and feature artisanal products for their breakfast and lunch buffets. During our visit, we enjoyed the expansive breakfast buffet and it was truly delicious with an expansive selection, (right down to the decadent chocolate fountain. Perfect!)
For lunch, the buffet incorporates a number of regional and cultural foods. Centrally located, it's a great place for everyone to find something they love to eat, while still being able to enjoy the warm decor and beautiful hotel around them.

Virtual Hint: If you want to step up your children's brunch experience a bit, make reservations for the Character Buffet during the holiday times. The Gaylord National holiday mascots (Santa and penguin) will delight your little ones while also enjoying breakfast. Don't worry, if you don't have the time, the Character Breakfast has a separate entrance and they won't know a thing!
