Book Review: "A Trip to the Beach"

On a whim, I picked up this true story for a light read and I could barely put it down. Everyone knows how much I love vacationing and tropical beaches, as well as cooking and dining at upscale restaurants. So I couldn't have asked for a better pick! Melinda and Bob Blanchard are my new heroes for picking up their successful, city life and moving to Anguilla to start a new calling. By learning the customs, meeting new people and finding their place on this very small island, their story is captivating as they built up a shack to a successful, upscale restaurant that is now known as the best in the Caribbean. I highly recommend this book and anxious to add Anguilla and Blanchard's Restaurant to my next travel destination.
