Located at Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel, Morton's The Steakhouse in Baltimore, Maryland is one of numerous Morton's restaurants, but from the minute you walk in, get ready for a spectacular intimate dining experience.  Morton's The Steakhouse In Baltimore, MarylandWe were invited to a wine tasting at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Baltimore, Maryland. We learned how great thought goes into every bottle they offer at the restaurant. Plus, if you are a frequent guest, you can have your own personal wine vault to keep your preferred wine selections waiting for you. And this night of sampling was the time to replenish! From delicious rosés to lovely whites and robust reds, Morton's expert Sommelier and wine vendors were on hand to suggest the perfect wines to pair with your favorite items on the menu.  This gorgeous restaurant, famous for its delicious USDA prime beef, fresh seafood, and mouthwatering steakhouse accompaniments, features an expansive selection of wines with every budget in mind.  There was an extensive variety to sample from many regions, including California, Italy and France. Admittedly, I'm a huge fan of The Real Housewives television series on Bravo and have always been fascinated with trying Lisa Vanderpump's Rosé. I was blown away with how delicious it was. Smooth, with a hint of spice and sweetness, it would be wonderful with light appetizers and seafood.  Vanderpump Rosé I've discovered blends recently and was thrilled to see a few offered. Lion Tamer is a fabulous red blend from Napa Valley. It would be perfect with a hearty steak or simply paired with a loaf of warm bread and fresh butter.  I thoroughly enjoyed tasting a white and red blend from Prisoner Wine Company. I loved their creative bottles!
Whether you are dining in the elegant restaurant, a beautiful private dining room, or seated at the bar, the friendly staff is impressive with their knowledge of wines, as well as culinary specialties. Also, as I always appreciate being able to say, don't hesitate to bring the kids! With items such as varieties of Macaroni & Cheese and Parmesan & Truffle Matchstick Fries on the menu, children of all ages will enjoy this fine dining experience.  Dining Room  Stunning bar with homemade pineapple cocktails This steakhouse is a true gem in Baltimore and I can’t wait to get back to taste my new favorite wines paired with one of EVERYTHING on the menu!
